The site is hosted by Cloudflare. For security, Cloudflare processes technical logs (for example IP addresses) on the basis of legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact form and WhatsApp

The form only prepares a message and opens WhatsApp. Nothing is sent to or stored on this website. Further communication runs through WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms.

Clients

For a job I process your name, address, phone number and photos of the work in order to perform the contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Accounting and tax documents are kept for 10 years as required by the Czech VAT Act.

Photos of finished work are published on the website or social networks only with your consent, never with your address or personal belongings.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. Just write to me. You can also file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), www.uoou.cz.
